Clear One Health Plans Check Run Update 11/5/2009
During our claims data transition this week, we encountered an issue whereby the claims processing system was down for 4 business days and we were unable to process the regularly scheduled check run on Wednesday 11/4. As of this afternoon, 11/5, we have identified a resolution to generate the checks. We are now so close to the regularly scheduled check run, we will continue processing claims and complete the check run on Sunday 11/8. We understand this is an inconvenience for our providers and we will be back on schedule with this Sunday’s check run, which will be mailed out 11/11/2009.
Please note that COIHS (Medicaid) checks will be going out as scheduled. The above delay only represents the Medicare Advantage and Commercial products lines.
