There’s only a few weeks left until Medicaid operations conversion go-live. Below are some upcoming important dates to remember.
July 10, 2015: Begin using new claims submission information, including the new corrected claims form (if applicable). The form will be available on our website beginning July 10th. Go to www.CommunitySolutions.PacificSource.com/Providers/DocumentsAndForms to access this new form.

July 7 – July 17, 2015: There will be a delay in members receiving their member ID card as we load new member data. All new and existing members will be issued their new PacificSource Community Solutions ID card on or around July 17th. Please use MMIS to verify eligibility during this time.
