Please Note: Prior to submitting our Provider Relief Emergency Temporary Practitioner Application, please verify if they are already contracted and a participating provider.

    You can find our online provider directory at PacificSource.com. Select the Find a Provider link from our top menu bar. On the right hand side of your screen, find the Quick Links menu and click on PacificSource Provider Directory.

  • We are actively updating members’ Primary Care Providers. As they are updated, these will be reflected in our Provider Portal (InTouch).

  • Primary Care Providers, if you notice a discrepancy associated with a member’s assigned Primary Care Provider after January 15th, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

  • Members will not show effective in our Provider Portal (InTouch) until the member’s effective date of 1/1/20.

  • Marion and Polk Member ID cards are still in progress.
